St. Vincent Transparent Rx Benefits is a global pharmacy benefits manager committed to creating universal access to healthcare.

We achieve this goal by implementing drug cards and patient assistance programs for uninsured low-income patients.

Our programs specifically help people of color and those who are underrepresented in the healthcare system, gain access to both generic and specialty medicines. Additionally, we serve as a collaborative partner to all stakeholders in the specialty pharmacy industry.

Our state-of-the-art clinical programs and services include Specialty Pharmacy Carve Out services, 340B, Medication Adherence programs, and Drug Rebate programs.

Our expert SPBM services include back-end management
of specialty claims, specialty carve-outs, and utilization optimization. We offer customized copay assistance programs and innovative financial and technology solutions for rare disease, cell, and gene therapies, increasing patient adherence and brand loyalty.

Prescription drug costs, particularly for specialty drugs, are constantly increasing and creating access barriers. Our St. Vincent Rx Plus Discount Drug Card makes therapies more affordable for all patients, regardless of whether they have health insurance or not. Additionally, our card is easily accessible through a point-of-sale e-Voucher program at McKesson.

Our drug card is a statewide drug benefit specifically designed for underserved and uninsured patient populations. The card offers discounts for generic medications, vision and dental services, and even grocery expenses.

  • We are developing a statewide Patient Assistance Program (PAP) for uninsured low-income patients.

  • PAPs allow patients who qualify to receive free medication from pharmaceutical manufacturers.

  • To qualify, patients typically need to meet income guidelines of up to 200% of the federal poverty level.

  • Our program streamlines the PAP process through more efficient computer technology, reducing paperwork and increasing public access.
